Women’s Workout Classes
For those who prefer to workout in an instructed group environment we also offer daily classes.
Our classes consist of aerobics, weights and resistance bungees. We also offer Zumba classes with a certified instructor. Our environment is designed to let you workout at your own pace and ability.
Zumba® is a cardio based workout that combines Latin and World rhythms to create an interval training class that is both fun and easy to do.
The Women’s Workout environment is large, bright and airy, welcoming space.
Featuring 15 hydraulic resistance machines and 15 recovery stations, each machine is designed to target two muscle groups or more at the same time.
The 15 recovery stations encourage movement to maintain a consistent heart rate throughout your workout.
